It is the recipient's responsibility to file a damage/loss report (whether with UPS or the carrier selected by the recipient in the event of a return) should damage or loss should occur. It is also the recipient's responsibility to follow through with this claim until it is finalized.

When a claims refund is granted from the shipping company, the buyer's refund will be in the amount of actual purchase price only .
