Different types of items do have different combined shipping rates, the higher rate applies first then the combined rate applies on all additional items on the invoice. Items must be paid for together to receive your combined shipping discount. 

Payment

We gladly accept U.S. PayPal and U.S. major credit cards through our secure online checkout. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

• PayPal payments: U.S. accounts only. All PayPal orders are shipped directly to the PayPal approved address listed with the PayPal payment. Please check with PayPal to verify this address prior to making payment. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been received. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees or recovery costs associated with an undeliverable or old/bad address.

• Major Credit Cards: U.S. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted. For our security and yours, we will only ship to the billing address listed with your credit card. All credit card charges are subject to online fraud verification checks by the processing company.

Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end time through our secure online checkout. We cannot accept any payments over the phone.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are posted directly in the listing ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to help you determine the shipping cost and options.

• Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages or package recover as well as re-shipment charges are the buyers responsibility.

• Items will ship within 2-3 business days of payment via UPS or USPS. World's Best Deals reserves the right to select the shipping company on all shipments. An email will be sent informing you of your shipping method and tracking information when the item has shipped.

• We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) or accommodate local pickups.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable and will be charged for the entire order amount (this includes shipping charges) for orders purchased and shipped to the following states:
Florida – 6%
Indiana – 7%
Minnesota – 6.875%
Nevada – 6.5%
New York - 4.0%
Oklahoma – 4.5%
Texas - 6.25%

• In the unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@wbdeals.com for instructions on returning or exchanging the item. Our return/exchange process is fast and buyer friendly. All returns and exchanges are handled through our secure customer service ticketing software for help with monitoring the progress and quality of all requests. A copy of the return/exchange process will be sent with your package for your records.

• A Return Request Form must be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. All returns/exchanges package must have prior approval from World’s Best Deals before the package can be sent in.

• If your item includes a warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@wbdeals.com for further instructions or follow the printed instructions that were sent with your warrantied item for a faster response.

• World’s Best Deals does not reimburse any shipping charges. When returning a package, please make sure you do insure the package, use sufficient packaging, and use a shipping carrier that has tracking capabilities as World’s Best Deals is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Returns Department to verify the returned contents and issue either a refund or an exchange. All refunds are refunded back to the original payment method.

• We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.

• If you have any problems or questions regarding your order, please contact us at service@wbdeals.com. Please make sure you include your order number and/or eBay item number so we can pull up your order/item information. All tickets are responded to within 2 business days.
