• Description:  Was the item as described/pictured?  Always read item descriptions completely.  Since colors will vary monitor to monitor, please refer to my verbal color description if the description and the photos do not match.
• Communication:  I answer all emails usually within hours.  You should check your "My eBay messages" daily.  
• Shipping time:  Postal transit times should not be a factor in this score.
• Shipping/Handling Charges:  My 1st item charge is the approx. min. cost of shipping a package (USPS charges) with delivery confirmation.  It is not a handling charge.
