PACKAGING

All shipments are sent in high quality bubble wrap envelopes or cardboard boxes.  The CDs are protected by an additional cardboard wrap or bubble wrap to ensure no damage occurs.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND

We ship orders every day except for Sunday and holidays.  Before leaving negative feedback because of shipping delays, please see the date your shipment was postmarked.  You will see the delay happened after your item had left our control.

PAYMENT

Paypal only.  All successful bids will need to be paid within 7 days.  Unpaid items will be relisted and a non payment claim will be filed against you with eBay.  We are not responsible for any customs duty or taxes that may be payable.

RETURNS

Please note we cannot accept returns on any factory sealed goods that have been opened.  If you should encounter a defective item, ship it back for a replacement.  If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund less shipping.  Buyers are responsible for return costs.  We are not responsible for lost returns, so we suggest you use registered mail or another traceable form of shipping.
