Custom thick cards using original HW bubble packs. This is NOT a Hot Wheels Product. This is not a Dairy Delivery. These were produced in limited edition quantity. Each come in a Protecto Pak. Shipping $5.65 in the U.S. Insurance also available for $1.70.  A couple sets showed up at the 2004 Irvine HW Convention. L. A. Lakers
