Upscale Second Hand Boutique Shops, Buyout and Closeout Sales or just
great Quality gently used items. Since I'm Auctioning these Items they
are usually highly discounted Versus Department Store/Boutique therefore
I do not accept Returns or Exchanges, so please, ask all your questions

Condition of the items
The condition of each item is shown under the description and is as follows:
BRAND NEW - from the latest designer collection, never worn, some with Original Store Tags/Price Tags Attached.
NEW - never worn, some may have store tags/price tags attached.
SHOWROOM SAMPLE- Designer sample made specifically for the
showroom and may have been worn for the trunk shows or fashion shows by
professional models. Still in Excellent condition.
EXCELLENT- has been worn once or twice, but dry-cleaned and still in perfect condition.
GOOD - worn and may have some alterations done to it, but with no visible damage.

Sizes
When purchasing clothing please go by the measurements, not the size
tag, as every designer has different standards for sizing. It must be
your responsibility to know what works for you. I'm not responsible for
any clothing that does not fit perfectly. When purchasing clothing on
the Internet (as in any other place) expect to have it altered to
insure a "perfect fit". Don't be shy to ask for measurements, I would
be happy to help. So please, email me first before you buy.

Clothing Measurement
Chest: Measured around chest (under arm seam to under arm seam, then doubled)
Sleeve: Upper shoulder seam to bottom of wrist.
Shoulders: Upper shoulder seam to upper shoulder seam.
Length: Measured from the intersection of the shoulder seam and neckline to the bottom of the garment.
Waist: Measured, in a flat position, across the waistline, (side seam to side seam, then doubled)
Hips: Measured, in a flat position, across the fullest part of hips, 8" below waistline. (Side seam to side seam, then doubled)
Inseam: Top of the crotch seam to bottom of leg.
Garments may be larger than the body, from 1"(fitted) to 10" (very loose)

How to Measure Yourself
Chest/bust: Measure under arm around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep your measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 8" below your waist (petite sizes, 7" below waist)
When e-mailing a question always specify an auction number, because usually I have more than one auction listed on Ebay.

Payments
I accept PayPal, bank-to-bank transfers, bank wire transfers or bank cash transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, certified checks.
I can accept payment through Certapay (www.certapay.com) and Propay (www.propay.com)
NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Payment must be
received within 5 business days of auction close, or I'll void the
transaction and a negative feedback WILL result. I only ship to CONFIRMED Paypal addresses for Paypal users.

Shipping
I ship all items within the Continental United States by USPS Priority
with insurance (required) and tracking number. Shipping fee will be
calculated after auction's end.
International shipping is a fixed charge of $35.00. (by Global Express
Mail + insurance) I always insure all packages for a full amount,
unless you will ask me not to. If not insured, I am not responsible for
any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Bidding Terms
Winning bidder will be notified by email, to which I'll need your reply
within 24 hours!!! Please email me if you do not receive the payment
info. Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction close,
or I'll void the transaction and a negative feedback WILL result. If
you have less than 10 feedbacks, or "glasses", email me before bidding
to verify your eBay info. I reserve the right to cancel or retract bids
without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback,
fraud/shield/fake bidding or not a serious bidder. I am sorry, but I
have to do this--too many irresponsible bidders!
