Accepted Payments: Paypal, e-checks and credit cards via Paypal.
All payments must be made within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 7 days, a non-paying bidder claim will be filed.
All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. Same day shipping when payment is received by 1 PM EST. We ship Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Free delivery confirmation (tracking number) with all purchases. Your delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you when your item has shipped.
WE DISCOUNT SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES. Combined shipping savings are applied when you make a single payment for all your items. Please wait to make your payment until you have finished all your shopping. We will then send you an updated invoice with your discounted shipping.
Domestic shipping insurance is optional. We pack your items to ensure they have a safe journey; however we are not responsible if they get lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased. If you have any questions or need help, we are happy to help.
International Buyers: We welcome your business. Please note that we must (per US law) declare the value of the item as the price paid here on eBay. You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes as assessed by your country's customs agency. Please remember that your item must go thru customs, which can delay receiving your item in a timely manner. If you have any questions, please do email us first. We are always happy to help.
We take great care in representing all items accurately and truthfully. All sales are final, unless items have been misrepresented.
If something has been missed, please contact us within 3 days and we will resolve the issue. Notification must be made within 3 days of delivery if any discrepancy is found. Your item must be in the same original condition it was shipped. It is our intention that you be very happy with your purchase.
Our items are brand new first quality closeouts, overstock, shelf pulls and discontinued products purchased from High-End Department stores.
We do not sell customer returns, seconds or irregular items. A small percentage of items may have blemished packaging, however this would not affect the quality of the product inside.
