Combine shipping:

•We combine shipping discount as below:
• inside USA: $4.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item
•To CANADA: $5.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item.
•To other country: $6.00 for first item + $2.00 for each additional item
•Combined shipping discount charge is only allowed in one single payment. Separate payments are considered separate order.
•Shipping & Handling charges do not reflect the actual postage, for they include material, labor, shipping & handling, and all other associated fees.

Shipping Time
•We try our best to ship out same day for payment cleared before 12.00 PM , otherwise we will ship on next working days.
• Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.
•We use USPS First Class Mail only. Big order will be shipped via Priority mail automatically without any extra shipping cost.
•We will add tracking# on Paypal for all USA custommers when we ship out.
• International shipping we don't provide tracking#, because USPS First Class Mail tracking# for international shipping just used for delivery confirmation.

Delivery Time
Below is the approximate delivery time to different countries (just estimated, not guaranteed):
• 2-5 working days to buyer in USA
• 7-15 working days to CANADA
• 10-20 working days to Europe country
• 12-25 working days to other country.

Replacement/Exchange
•We accept exchange/replace item within 3-7 days when customer receive merchandise.
•Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
•We will process RMA within 3-7 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
•Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
