AUTHENTIC U.S. GOVERNMENT ISSUE-COAT, ALL WEATHER, MAN'S W/REMOVABLE LINER, WATER REPELLENT, BLUE 3346 (appears black).  SIZE 36 REGULAR, 65% POLYESTER, 35% COTTON.  A multi-purpose outer garment specifically designed to provide protection in varying weather conditions, furnished with a removable liner to provide additional warmth when required.
