As for International shipping, if a buyer would like to set up International shipping, we would gladly assist the shipper in loading the trailer at our dealership.  In either case, the trailer will only be released for shipping once the funds have been verified as being deposited in our bank account.  All shipping costs, fees, tariffs, import regulations, and import restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer.

• PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are accepted FOR $500 DEPOSIT ONLY.
• Cash, USPS Money Order, US Bank Cashiers Check, Company Check, or Personal Check are accepted for deposit and the remaining balance.  Company Checks and Personal Checks must clear your bank before item can be picked up.

eBay Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy:
At Midway Trailer & Equipment, we understand that purchasing anything based on the information in a listing can be stressful.  We want satisfied customers.  That is why we offer the following eBay Satisfaction Guarantee:

• Items are guaranteed to be accurately described in the listing.  If you arrive at our dealership, and you believe the item was not accurately described in the listing, we will cancel the transaction and refund your full deposit.
• If you commit to purchase an item and you decide not to complete the sale, for whatever reason other than the accurate listing guarantee above, we will cancel the transaction and refund any payment, minus $200 for time, effort, and fees to relist the item on eBay / eBay Motors.
• If you take possession of a new item and within 7 days you find it has a defect, we will work with you to repair the defect, replace the item with an equivalent one, or refund your payment on the item.  Any major defects should be obvious within the first 7 days.
• Trailers - If you and we agree that trailer replacement is the best option, then original trailer must be returned to the dealership untitled (if new) or without being retitled (if used).  The temporary trailer tag is good for 20 days.  The trailer must be returned in a condition that is consistent with the condition in which the trailer left the our dealership.  After the 7 days, any warranty issues are covered by your trailer's manufacturer's warranty.
• All Other Items - If you and we agree that item replacement is the best option, then original item must be returned in a condition that is consistent with the condition in which the item left the our dealership.  After the 7 days, any warranty issues are covered by your item's manufacturer's warranty.
• WINNING BIDDER MUST TAKE POSSESSION OF TRAILERS, VEHICLES, AND EQUIPMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CLOSING DATE OF THE TRANSACTION OR ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS POLICY ARE VOID AND THE SALE BECOMES FINAL.  In other words, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase by offering our eBay Satisfaction Guarantee, but we can't keep multi-thousand dollar sales in an incomplete state for an extended period of time.
• In any case, we can not reimburse any fuel, travel, shipping, or related expenses.
