FREE SHIPPING applies ONLY to addresses within the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Addresses not in the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO, etc.) are NOT included in the free shipping promotion. In this case, orders outside of the continental U.S. should email us at eBay@favorworkshop.com for a shipping quote. Orders purchased with the free shipping offer will be shipped via USPS PARCEL POST which requires a 7-14 business day transit time. We are willing to work with you if you are in need of delivery by a certain date. Expedited shipping services can be arranged at the buyers expense. Shipping methods other than Parcel Post will incur a shipping charge! 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email to the email address provided with your payment. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Some orders, such as Customized/Personalized orders, may take up to 10 business days before shipping. Please purchase accordingly and contact us if you need your order delivered by a specific date. Please be advised that your order MAY arrive in separate shipments on different days.

International Shipping – All International Orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Service (Ground). International buyers are responsible for all fees resulting from their purchase, including but not limited to: Duties, GST and other taxes, Brokerage Fees, etc… All International Buyers must submit a telephone number for customs clearance purposes.

FAVOR WORKSHOP is not responsible for typographical mistakes in item descriptions or item price. Please contact us immediately if you feel you have found an error in one of our descriptions or prices.

Returns

Returns – We must be notified of all returns within 5 Business days from the day of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in New/Unopened Condition, NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely No Refunds for any personalized items. Returns must be returned and received within 21 Days from the day they were delivered. Return merchandise must be shipped back to Favor Workshop at the buyer's expense. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any Linen products, including but not limited to tablecloths, chair covers, chair ties, overlays, etc.

Defective Items – Please check your shipment immediately after it arrives. We package all orders carefully, but once packages leave our warehouse they are in the hands of the selected carrier. Instances may occur where items are damaged during transit. Reports for any Defective on Arrival items or Mistakes in your order must be made within 3 business days from the day of delivery. We will Not Be Responsible for Any reports made after this period. Once authorization has been obtained from Favor Workshop, please ship defective items to the address above. Defective items must be received within 14 Days from the day they are delivered. Favor Workshop will EITHER replace or refund you for any damaged or defective goods after the damaged goods are returned.
