Days in transit are Monday thru Friday only. Weekends and National holidays are not considered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. There are occasions when our physical inventory is depleted via other sales mediums. If this happens you will be notified of the backorder status with an estimated ship date.

Issues with shipment

Each item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please call us as soon as possible. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
