RETURN POLICY:

·         Merchandise must be returned within 7 days

·         30% restocking charge for all returned items

·         Refund will be merchandise credit only…

·         Buyer will pay return freight on item or items - buyer will not be reimbursed for any return freight charges.

·         We will not accept any c.o.d. freight items unless issued in writing by Ideal Auctions

·         Refunds will only be issued after return of product and inspection by Ideal Auctions

FREIGHT POLICY:

·         Regular shipping can take up to 20 days to arrive due to distances.

·         Overseas delivery  may take as long as 45 days

·         All damage or lost freight claims are between the freight company and the buyer

·         All non postal (larger equipment) crossing the US – Canada border must have the buyer’s Business number or IRS number or Social Security number – just one of the three numbers will do.  This is mandatory information required by US Customs – Homeland Security

OTHER POLICIES:

·         All new equipment warranty transactions are between the manufacturer and the buyer

·         Applicable taxes will be added to the buyer’s invoice

·         Due to the large number of items in our store  - Occasionally an item may be out of stock  - we will inform you immediately if this is the case and offer either an instant refund or process the order when the item arrives to us from our suppliers.
