laptop when we received it. You are not paying for Windows or
any
of
the other software that may also be installed on this laptop.
The
Buyer agrees to obtain their own Windows
license or format and install the Operating System of their choice. We
will, at
your request, format the drive and ship the laptop with a
clean
hard drive. Software issues are not covered under our Warranty - we are
not responsible for drivers and / or software functionality.

Non-DOA
Warranty:
If
a laptop does not turn on or has been determined to be materially
different than it was described in the listing, you must email us to
request a return 3 days from the day you
received the laptop.
Monster Laptops will repair the laptop at no cost to you. If
the laptop cannot be repaired in a cost-effective
manner, as determined by Monster Laptops, then we will replace
the laptop with a substantially comparable item
of laptop.
There are no other guarantees offered for this laptop. Test results
have been listed only to make known the findings of our technician at
the time of listing. You may or may not encounter the same results.
Failure of any part of the laptop, except for our Non-DOA coverage, is
not a warranty issue.
In
addition to our standard non-DOA warranty we offer our customers a
chance to obtain a 1 or 2-year warranty from Square Trade. You
have
up
to 30 days from the time the auction ends to purchase the extended
warranty. The cost of the warranty is less then a minor repair bill at

We
obtain
laptops through other auctions, trade-ins, off-lease
acquisitions, direct purchase and for services rendered. Many
of
the laptops have a history that we are not
aware of. W e cannot
predict the
future performance of the laptop. We provide the results of our
inspection and testing. All known issues have
been stated, but there may be others that have not yet been diagnosed .
Because a laptop is a delicate electronic device, we cannot
guarantee that you will receive the same performance results or that
everything on the laptop is performing 100%.
This laptop has been used
and is not brand
new, therefore there
may be some cosmetic blemishes that we have done our best to describe
and show in pictures. Minor scuffs, scratches, scrapes,
marks,
etc., which don't affect the functionality of the item are normal in
any previously owned item and are to be expected. We try our best to
describe the physical condition of the laptop, but some flaws may
escape our notice. Slight
differences ibetween the cosmetic description above
and the
actual cosmetic condition of the laptop will not be considered as a
reason to return the laptop. Cosmetic appearance is a subjective
determination and
can vary from tech to tech or the end Buyer. If pictures are provided,
please look at them - if pictures are not availalble, please request
them!
Batteries
are not
guaranteed. Batteries are consumable items and therefore the length of
charge cannot be accurately determined. We list whether this laptop's
battery was able to boot up the laptop at the time of testing - this
does not mean it will be in this condition when it arrives. Due to
factors such as length of storage in our facilty, age of battery and
charging ability, all batteries are SOLD - AS
IS - WITH NO GUARANTEES.
You should assume that a battery may not hold a charge. If it
turns out to be good, you won't be disappointed - if it does turn out
to be bad or near
bad, please don't complain.
If a laptop has been
returned to us,
the Buyer will have the option of accepting a Refund minus the 15%
restocking fee or the laptop will be returned to the
Buyer, only after the Buyer pays for Return Shipping.
Monster
Laptops expressly disclaims any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Monster Laptops is
not liable for any lost profit, or indirect, special or consequential
damages arising out of any breach of this warranty. Orders canceled
prior to shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

We have
encountered many wonderful people who purchase our laptops... however,
there are always those
who like to take advantage of others. We have run into non-payers,
scammers, part exchangers, etc. Therefore, we have been forced to take
measures to help protect ourselves in the event of such activities.
When we receive a laptop, we disassemble it to clean and test the
components. At this time we record
serial numbers, mark
removable
items and in the case of some items, photograph removable
and/or high-cost
parts of each machine.
Any item
returned that does not
include all of the original
parts, or has been damaged by improper handling, use or repair
attempt will not be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer only
after the Buyer pays for Return Shipping.
Buyer is
responsible for shipping & proof of delivery on all returns,
except in certain cases as determined by Monster Laptops.
Keep
tracking information until confirmation of delivery has been
received by either the Shipping Company or Monster Laptops. Shipping is not refundable.
In
any case, the refund will only be given based on the Final Purchase
Price. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.

Shipping
Charges are determined by ACTUAL shipping price plus Insurance and, if
the laptop is valued over $250.00, PayPal requires Signature
Confirmation of Delivery.
There are NO additional handling

We ONLY ship to the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin
Islands and Canada
Most laptops will be
shipped within 24 hours of payment. If payment is received before 1:00
PM EST Monday through Friday,we make every effort to test, package and
ship the laptop the same day. We do not ship on
Saturday or Sunday. All our shipments have a Tracking
Number (UPS / FedEx) or
Delivery Confirmation number (USPS). We will
send you this number once your package has shipped.
Occasionally, the carrier might damage items during shipping. If the
package is damaged, do not accept the delivery. In case of
damage,
all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved. The carrier
will pick up the damaged item for inspection. Failure to provide
everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your
warranty.
