SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

US Shipping Details

• Standard Shipping is via UPS ground.
• PO boxes and others will be shipped via USPS.
• Express shipping is available but you will have to contact us before the auction ends to make preparations.
• Shipping to HI and AK are shipped via USPS for the same charge as continental USA shipping.
• APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS for the same charge as continental USA.

Canada and International Shipping Details

• We accept Paypal.
• Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping the item and insurance. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY/TAX/BROKERAGE FEES THAT MAY BE CHARGED! We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.
• We ship USPS for all international shipment unless otherwise requested. Email for shipping costs if requesting a different carrier.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 10 days of auction end. We reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not made without prior arrangements.
• Shipping and insurance is required.
• We accept Paypal.
• On any international orders, we are not responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees.

Returns

• We will accept refunds or exchanges within 10 day of the receipt of the item. Item must be in the original box, and in new condition. DO NOT WEAR OR USE OUTSIDE! We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.
• Contact us FIRST for shipping directions.
• Ship the item back to us and include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning it.

Combined Shipping

• We can combine shipping for multiple items on many of our products. Please email to confirm if any additional cost will be necessary.

Shipping Time Frame

• Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.
• Products will typicallly ship out within 48 hours of the auction ending.
• Expedited shipping is available, but you will have to contact us and make arrangements before the auction ends.
• Please do not request a tracking number immediately after the payment is made. You will be forwarded a tracking number once the package is picked up by UPS.
• From time to time we do oversell on select items. In these situations the item will be dropshipped directly to you by the manufacturer. If delivery time will be longer than two weeks, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, including a full refund.

Email Requests

• We do reply to all emails within 24 hours. Please be patient and wait one full day before emailing us the same request again.
• If for some reason you are not recieving return emails from us, it may be that your spam filter or alternate email addresses are preventing the email from arriving. Please check any spam or bulk folders for replies.
• If you still are not receiving emails, please forward us your phone number so we can contact you directly.

Item Pickup

• We are able to provide local pick-up for items. Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so. We do ship out of several warehouses so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available.
