• Warranties begin on the date of purchase and cover only the components listed.
• Improper install, burnt outputs, misuse,abuse and water damage void all warranties
• A return authorization number (RA) must be obtained from us prior to sending any merchandise back. Any item returned to us without RA number will be refused/ returned at your expense.
• Shipping charges are not refundable and it is your responsibility to get your item safely(properly packaged,insured, with delivery confirmation) to us.
• Items that we test and find not to be defective or do not meet our warranty policy terms will be charged a $25 checkout fee plus the return shipping back to the customer.
• We will test, repair/replace defective units that meet these terms at no cost to you except shipping.
