Some facts about MAD MONKEE MEDIA:
Item Condition: Any and all items not described as "brand new" are to be assumed as opened/used. These items are in Very Good to Like New
condition, with very few surface scratches if any. Please understand
that the condition refers to the readable side of the disc itself.
There may be some case wear, stickers on the front of the DVD, or other
similar issues. If a problem arises we will do our best to resolve the
situation, giving you great service.
About our Inventory: Mad
Monkee Media's inventory consists entirely of legitimate prints (i.e.,
no bootleg or burned DVDs) that have been purchased from mass
distributors, retail store liquidations, rental companies, and private
collections. All DVDs are Region 1 specific and come with case and
original cover art. For many of our discs, we use a professional and
safe resurfacing machine to eliminate scratches and restore playability
to a perfect condition. Occasionally a "like new" movie will have a
rental sticker on it, but the disc itself is in fact like new because
of our professional restoration.
Shipping Rates & Policy: All
items have a flat rate shipping cost of $2.99, and any additional
item(s) added to an order will cost $1.49 each. We do not combine
shipping on international purchases unless they are very large orders.
Shipping is $4.99 for Canada and Mexico and $6.99 all other
international shipments.
Return/Refund Policy: If
items are to be returned, they must be returned within 14 days of
purchase. Buyer will be refunded full item purchase
price (minus shipping costs). Items that are listed as “Brand New” must
be returned unopened. The shipping cost of any returned item is the
Buyer's responsibility. Please note that any replacement or refund of
an item will require the buyer shipping back the original item.
Important Feedback Information: We
always leave positive feedback within two days of receiving payment and
we appreciate it when buyers return the favor! So please do not forget
to leave us feedback once you receive the item! Assuring the quality of
our products and delivering satisfaction to our customers is our key
goal. However, if there is anything wrong with your item, or if you did
not receive it, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and
give us the opportunity to correct the matter.
