16mm 100' SILENT film THROW THAT BULL a Sport Parade movie by CASTLE FILMS (No. 376)

Distributed by Castle Films in the late 1940s or 50s, this original 100' (3⅝" reel) 16mm b&w SILENT film is entitled "Throw That Bull" (No. 376) and is part of the Sport Parade series of films by Castle Films.

The photograph in this EBay listing shows one of the boxes by this title that I have for sale, but it may not show the actual box you will be receiving, because I have multiple quantities of the same film. The box you receive will look like the one pictured and be in the same overall condition as the one pictured (see photo) but it may be dirty, scuffed or missing an end flap. The film itself is in excellent unused condition with good contrast, and appears to never have been projected, but there may be some minor evidence of aging on the film, as I have not unwound it in its entirety. It came from the unsold stock of a camera store that closed many years ago, where I was able to purchase their remaining inventory of 16mm movies.

See my other listings for many other original 16mm films in both 100' and 400' sizes.

Please email me if you have any questions.

Domestic shipping is $3.50 via USPS Media Mail with delivery confirmation or $7.00 via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, plus insurance of $2.50 for the first $100.00 and $1.10 for each additional $100.00 (Insurance for items under $50.00 is $1.75). Insurance is optional, but I will not be responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items. Shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases shipped to the same address.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted through PayPal for domestic purchases. For international purchases, because of PayPal's very strict rules regarding proof-of-shipment for sellers, if you want to pay for the item using PayPal, and the item sells for less than $250.00, I can only accept a PayPal payment if you are willing to pay for USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International shipping. They are the only on-line-trackable shipping methods offered by our US Postal System to international destinations, and an on-line-trackable shipping method is a PayPal requirement. If the item sells for more than $250.00, then Express Mail International is the ONLY shipping option available because it is the only service that requires a signature upon delivery, and PayPal requires signature confirmation on packages worth more than $250.00.

EBay has recently made changes to their payment rules whereby (in eBay's own words) "Beginning in late October [2008], sellers will no longer be allowed to offer [any traditional person-to-person paper] payment methods on eBay. Only approved electronic methods will be allowed." As a seller, eBay now prohibits me from even using the words that describe what those traditional paper-transaction payment methods are. EBay strongly encourages all buyers to pay for their items by using PayPal (an eBay-owned company). I accept PayPal, and encourage you to use it, but I will not force you to use it. EBay's rules also state "A seller can accept [paper payments] from a buyer if (and only if) the buyer requests it. We will not take action against a seller who is trying to accommodate their buyer, complete a sale and be in compliance with the policy. Sellers cannot in any way solicit [paper payments] from a buyer." So, let me be clear, I am not, in any way, soliciting you to use any payment method other than PayPal, I am simply informing you (the buyer) of all of eBay's rules, which you can read for yourself on eBay's website by clicking on the following eBay link (where the previous quotes came from): EBay's new rules.

Seller's payment instructions
I do not regularly participate in eBay's checkout function because it does not accurately calculate shipping insurance for multiple purchases. Please wait for a personalized invoice if the EBay Checkout amount does not match my EBay description. If you are a non-US buyer, I will send you a personalized invoice after the auction closes which will include all of the payment and shipping options available to your destination.
