Shipping

Orders are processed every morning between Monday and Friday.  Orders paid for after 3 PM Friday and over the weekend are not processed until 9 AM Monday morning.  E-mails are answered daily Mon-Fri.  E-mails are also answered on weekends but please be patient and allow time to respond.   Payments made through paypal by check may take up to 10 days to clear. Also, please allow 1-2 business days for payments to go through and be processed in addition to transit time listed below.

Insurance is optional, if you choose not to purchase insurance, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items once they are shipped.

Local pick-ups are not allowed

Domestic Shipments:

Shipping cost is $free, and product will be shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS Mail from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary: (1-6 business days) for UPS, (2-3 business days) for USPS Priority, and (4-10 business days) USPS First-Class mail depending on where you live.

We can not ship UPS Ground packages to PO Boxes.  If you request it to be shipped to a PO Box and the item is returned to us, you will be automatically refunded (minus 15% restocking fee and shipping costs)

International Shipments:

All international shipments are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping times vary anywhere from 4-10 business days.
