Offered to you, original and vintage promotional photo of stage actor Anton Lang (as Jesus Christ), from
the Oberammergau Passion Play. The Oberammergau Passion Play was performed, usually with a very anti-Semitic tone, since 1634 as a tradition by the inhabitants of the village of Oberammergau in Bavaria, Germany.

The photo is in good condition. The edges show some wear, especially at the corners. It also shows some light scratches. The photo was printed by F. Bruckmann KAG, a renowned and famous publishing company located in Munich, Germany. It is copyrighted 1910 and approximately measures h9" x 6" (h23 x 15.25 centimeters). The photo is from a smoke-free environment.
