To provide a high level of service to our customers we maintain a significant level of stock & as a business we have many overheads to cover. When we list an item, we offer it at the lowest possible price and have a proven history of being one of the most competitive retailers online. As such we do not accept or consider uninvited offers, so please do not waste your time (or ours) in making them.
Payment:
Payment should always be made within 5 days from the end of the auction (or purchase) - failure to pay will result in a non-payment report being filed & the item relisted. If there is a genuine reason for payment being delayed please contact us as soon as possible (and within the 5 day timescale) and we will be happy to co-operate wherever possible.
For all bidders/buyers we accept payment by PayPal only. We regret that due to the high percentage of problems experienced with delayed & non-payment from buyers wishing to use cheques and/or Postal/Money Orders, these methods of payment are no longer accepted and we will not give out our bank information to third parties.
When paying for multiple items please either wait for a combined invoice (or make one payment for all the items), as PayPal charge a minimum transaction fee for each separate payment you send us.
Please note: items will not be shipped until we receive confirmation from PayPal that a payment has cleared. Buyers using the PayPal “echeque” payment method should be aware that this type of payment can take up to 2 weeks to clear.
Shipping:
All Shipping originates from United Kingdom, and all goods offered on eBay are stock items.
Multiple lots can be posted together to save on costs (where relevant) but if making a multi-item purchase, please wait for a combined invoice, with the appropriately discounted shipping, before paying. Only items paid for together, as one order, qualify for discounted shipping rates.
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment - orders received/paid for on a Friday & over the weekend/public holiday will usually be shipped the following Monday (Tuesday, when Monday is a Public Holiday). All items are very carefully and professionally packed and shipped UK & Worldwide using UK Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other reliable Courier services and must be paid in full (& payment cleared) prior to dispatch.
As our post is collected from us in bulk by the Royal Mail we are unable to offer the “signed for” services such as Recorded, Registered or Special Delivery.
Please note: As a requirement of the PayPal Fraud Protection Scheme, orders will only be dispatched to addresses on Ebay accounts. Unfortunately we cannot accept change of addresses via notes or e-mails. However if you should wish to have the order sent elsewhere, changing your address on Ebay before paying will resolve the matter.
International/Worldwide Shipping:
Items being shipped to an overseas address are posted Airmail (as Surface/Ground mail can take between 7/8 weeks to arrive and have a greater chance of getting lost or damaged). We ship worldwide so please always request a shipping cost from us if this listing does not quote a price for your location.
Please note: the price we quote for shipping to destinations outside the UK includes the postage & packing cost only. Any local tax or customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.
All shipping to destinations outside the UK is at the buyers own risk, although we do always obtain Proof of Posting. Please contact us if you wish to pay the additional cost charged by Royal Mail for their “signed for” traceable service.
Collection:
Our warehouse is not open to the public; we therefore regret that personal collection of items is not possible.
Auction Policy:
Your bid is a binding contract so please place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once placed. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are due to causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, industrial action, customs delays, wars or natural disasters, the occurrence and effect of which is unavoidable.

Return policy
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, each return must include all original items, undamaged and in re-saleable condition with all original packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Where items are being returned, shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item is (a) faulty or (b) not as described on our Auction/Shop listing. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional charges incurred as a result of the initial Auction such as (but not limited to) Ebay , Paypal and any other out-of-pocket expenses.
In case of any goods being received damaged or if lost in transit, a FULL refund shall be made. If goods supplied were found not to be as per the description in our Auction/Shop Listing, we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the goods and notified of the intent to return. Upon safe receipt of said goods in a re-saleable condition (where appropriate) a FULL refund will be given.
