Beautiful porcelain individual quiche dish by Royal Worcester in the ‘Evesham’ or ‘Evesham Gold Trim’ pattern, in as-new condition.
Molded, high quality porcelain, decorated with a spray of apples. Hand-applied gold trim on rim. This auction closes on Tuesday evening (eastern time).
Marks: Black printed backstamp on unglazed surface of base, four interwoven W’s around a crescent holding the number 51 under a crown and inside the encircling words: Royal Worcester ® Fine Porcelain and underneath: Made in England. Oven To Table Ware, and the shape number 24–6.
Date: 1970s-1980s.
Condition: Excellent. Looks unused. Clean, shiny and no wear whatsoever and no loss to the gold. Absolutely no crazing, cracks, chips, hairlines or repairs.
Size: Dish is 4.1 inches wide and 1.3 inches deep (10.5 x 3.6 cms).
