Exceptional original oil by American artist F. BAMBEY

 This auction is for a superb original oil on canvas by the listed American artist F. Bambey (1900-). It is a depiction of a country road in the springtime that bursts with color and sunshine. The detail and craftmanship in this painters work is amazing. There are quite literally 10,000 brush strokes in this painting (see close ups). I found listings on Findartinfo and in the usual reference sites with examples that were much smaller that ranged between $450-1,100.  This piece measures 27.5" x 21.5" on the canvas and 34.5" x 28.5" in its decidedly European frame. The artist, although American, painted quite a few scenes near Darmstadt, Germany and this one is signed in the lower left hand corner "F. Bambey"& "Darmstadt". The painting and complimentary gold frame are in pristine condition. I appreciate that you have taken the time to see this marvelous canvas.
