We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and return instructions. The RMA# is valid for 7 days and the merchandise must be returned within that 7 day period. 
All items must be returned, prepaid, in the original packaging.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will notify you via email and issue you an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of your merchandise less a 25% restocking charge.  Items must be returned in unused condition. 
Refused items will be credited less a 25% return fee and shipping and handling charges.
