** We are only responsible to ship the item/s to verified registered billing address,  if need to ship to other address please confirm with us before payment, and buyer will need to take the risk if undelivered due to the incorrect address.

Insurance:  All products are tested before they leave the factory, and we do an additional spot-check before despatch. Though we are confident about the product's quality, occasional problems do arise through shipment.

The factory warranty does not cover accidental damage.  Claiming losses through the carriers insurance, can be a long drawn out process.

We offer optional 30 day insurance, that covers everything!  Upon confirmation of any problem we will dispatch a new identical replacement to you right away.

Option 1: Standard protection.

Carriers insurance + manufacturers warranty.

Your cost/s:

Carriers insurance = Free. Manufacturers warranty = One way postage.

Claims procedure: Claims for loss or damage during transit made directly to the carrier.
Claims for product defects or breakdown made with the manufacturer.
Settlement time/s: 
Carrier 30+ days. Manufacturer: 3-7 days.

Option 2: Premium protection.

Our shipping insurance + early defect warranty.
Your cost/s: 
$10.00 per item
Claims procedure: 
Claims for loss or damage during transit or a defect arising in the first 30 days made directly
to us.
1) You report a defective / damaged / lost item to us.
2) We will open a case file and ask you to provide us with evidence.
3) If the claim is cleared, a prepaid shipping label will be faxed or emailed to you.
4) A replacement item will be shipped to you on the same day once we receive a tracking 
number confirming your shipment of the defective item.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Return Policies:

1. 3 Day unconditional returns.
Send us the original item back with the original packaging, for any reason, and receive 
a 100% full refund!! You only pay postage costs. After 3 days, days you may still return 
the product for a 70% refund.

2. 7 Day conditional returns.
If the manufacturing causes your item to become faulty within the first 7 days of receipt, 
send it back to us. We will test the item, and in the event of a manufacturing error, will issue
you a full refund and award postage costs of up to $25.00.

3. After 7 days.
Returns must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless you have opted
for our PREMIUM PROTECTION cover (See Insurance for details).
