Here is a Draco Malfoy / Slytherin costume from Rubie's Harry Potter line (tie is by Elope).  New with tags.  Size Medium (U.S.A. size 8-10 for 5-7 years old).  (I'm not sure why this brand's size and age ranges don't match but they do it consistently). Their size chart says that a size M fits height 50-54 inches and waist 27-30 inches (which corresponds to a Gymboree size 7-8 for height if that helps).  Set includes:

Harry Potter Deluxe Slytherin Robe - includes: hooded robe with Slytherin crest, and clasp.

Harry Potter Draco Malfoy Wand

Harry Potter Slytherin Delxue Tie - by Elope - striped tie in Slytherin colors with crest.
