Here is a Draco Malfoy / Slytherin costume from Rubie's Harry Potter line (tie is by Elope).  New with tags.  Size Large (U.S.A. size 12-14 for 8-10 years old).  (I'm not sure why this brand's sizing and age range don't match but they do it consistently).  Their size chart says that a large fits height 56-60 inches and waist 31-34 inches (which corresponds to a Gymboree size 10-12 for height if that helps). Set includes:

Harry Potter Deluxe Slytherin Robe - includes: hooded robe with Slytherin crest, and clasp.

Harry Potter Draco Malfoy Wand

Harry Potter Slytherin Delxue Tie - by Elope - striped tie in Slytherin colors with crest.
