Although it is very rare, sometimes a disc will not play in your  player. This may be due to incompatibility between the disc and the playback device or it may be a defective disc. Please contact me within the first 30 days before you return your item.

I will ask you to email me your phone  number  as I may be able to trouble shoot this over the phone. If not I will give you the address to return it to. When the item is received I will check it out. If it is defective I will replace it at once.
