Planet Thommy's shipping department maintains close contact with our shippers so to avoid delays to your purchase but delays will occur from time to time that are out of our control. Shipping times you receive are best estimates from the shipper however Planet Thommy cannot guarantee the accuracy and should not be held responsible for any inconvenience a delay will cause you. We reserve the right to ship with an alternate carrier at our discression and with-out prior notice to you. The selection of an alternate carrier will not alter any agreed upon or published transit times. Shipping costs quoted with-in these listings are for the contingent 48 US States. Shipments outside the mainland will cost more and these additional costs will be invoiced to the buyer. • Planet Thommy is not responsible for errors or discrepancies about the product's technical abilities that are listed in the items description. PlanetThommy.com is located in Tampa, Florida and is open for business Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM and  Saturday 9:30 AM until 1 PM EST excluding customary earthling holidays. Contact us regarding your questions on a listing, problems with an order, or you require product support on a recent purchase by using the eBay "Contact Seller" link or by using your external email client. We ask that Email is used if possible  as we do not speak earthling languages well but we are working on it.

It is our policy to check the eBay mail in the morning and in the afternoon and reply with-in 12 hours. We are not a retail store open to the public and are unable to accommodate any walk-in customers. Local pickups are possible but by prior appointment only. We have been unable to insure our space craft when it is in earth atmosphere. For that reason we can not provide tours of our Command Ship or any of our Space Freighters to individuals or groups. We are truly sorry for that disappointment.
