But trouble soon arrives in the form of Saiyan menace Raditz, who reveals that he is Goku's older brother and has been sent to Earth to kill its inhabitants in preparation for an alien invasion. When Goku refuses to join him in the mission, Raditz kidnaps young Gohan, launching a series of brotherly battles that forces Goku to team up with his arch-rival Piccolo. This volume continues the action-packed chronicle of sibling rivalry with episodes 7-9: "Day 1," "Gohan Goes Bananas," and "The Strangest Robot."
