Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 7 days after purchase or auction end. Due to new eBay regulations, we can only accept PayPal at this time. If your payment is not received within 7 days, an upaid item dispute will be filed and the item will be relisted for auction.

For payments made via PayPal, please make sure that you email us directly the shipping address and any notes regarding shipment. Do not include notes in the PayPal payment as those are often overlooked and we may never receive them.

We are determined to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to you in an efficient manner. We ship ONLY FedEx and/or USPS Priority Mail for all Pottery Barn purchases, and we include insurance for all domestic shipments. Therefore, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we take responsibility, not you.

Orders are sent out as quickly as possible; Most purchases ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirming shipment which includes a tracking number. You can expect to receive your purchase within 7-10 business days from purchase.

Please inquire about shipping costs to all other US addresses, including PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times can be long to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as some APO addresses. Please be patient with deliveries to these destinations. We ship within 2 days, however the USPS delivery times may take up to three weeks.

International shipping is via Priority Mail International to Canada. Insurance is required. You, as the international buyer, are responsible for all additional import fees, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination. International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms, in order to be fully insured.


Combined shipping is offered for any item, and the process is very easy! You will pay full price shipping fees for the most costly-to-ship item, and then only half of the shipping fees for each of the additional item(s) that you purchase.
