Hollow handled custom pieces consist of an original sterling handle in your pattern (often vintage) with a new high quality stainless steel implement many of which are made in Sheffield England. In many cases the manufacturers do not put hallmarks on hollow sterling handles - but rest assured the handle is genuine.

There is no reserve price on any of our auctions.

TIMING

We need 2 to 3 days after we receive payment to prepare our orders. If you need your item sooner please let us know and we will be happy to accomodate you. Please check our shipping schedule below.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS for all payments received at least THREE DAYS prior to the shipping date. We need the intervening time to polish and pack our orders. During holiday seasons we ship more freqently. We make every effort to ship each Monday and Thursday but occasionally we are out of town on business.

For special circumstances please let us know your needs and we will ship as necessary so you can get your silver on time. Normally if we receive payment within three days of the shipping day the order will not be shipped until the next shipping cycle. If you are not in a real hurry we would appreciate it if you could stay with our schedule. We ship to the registered eBay address rather than a PayPal address. To ship to a different address notify us by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship this item to several countries. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us. We offer USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail International packaging because it is relatively fast and inexpensive - however insurance is not available with this type of shipping.

If you prefer the slower and less expensive USPS First Class International (also with no insurance available) or the more expensive USPS Priority Mail International (with insurance available) please contact us for details and rates (upgpf@comcast.net).

Our shipping rates are fair and as low as possible. If you select a shipping method with no insurance you assume full responsibility for any loss during shipping.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX

California residents pay 8.25% sales tax unless tax exempt.
