New 10.0 Megapixel sensor coupled with Canon's DIGIC 4 Image Processor
designed as the High Sensitivity System for improved low light image

The PowerShot G11 employs a newly-developed, 10.0 Megapixel High
Sensitivity System by combining a powerful CCD sensor and Canon's DIGIC
4 Image Processor. Thanks to this technological advancement, the G11 is
dramatically more sensitive than cameras with identical megapixel
counts, and delivers spectacular images with minimal noise. Increased
sensitivity demands a higher ISO speed, and the PowerShot G11 delivers
with a new maximum setting of ISO 3200. Blur and camera shake are
notably reduced for the ultimate in sharpness and clarity.
In addition, a new Low Light mode lets you capture images in an
astonishing range of conditions. The camera automatically adjusts the
ISO speed from ISO 320 to ISO 12800 in relation to ambient brightness,
subject movement and camera shake.

the purchase date of the item. We are only responsible for the defects caused by
the manufactures. The after- sales service and warranty policy only covers the

other costs incurred by us when repairing the defective items.
The
after-sale service and warranty policy does not cover for the following damages:
cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or
negligence. We will examine the actual causes of the damages and make an
ultimate decision. All requested services are subject to final approval by

The after-sale service and warranty policy is given to the

Return & refund Policy
DCTRADE
offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the sold item is found defected by the
manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if
the following listed return guidelines are matched:
The items must be
returned in NEW condition and with all of the original manufacturer’s packaging,
which including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and
copy of customer sales invoice.
All return items must be packed securely
and appropriately for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return
authorization (RA) number, which will be issued by DCTRADE once we approve the
returns. Please place the RA number, which given to you by DCTRADE, on at least
two sides of the carton that is being returned. We will not accept any returns
without RA number on them.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return
shipment. DCTRADE will not pay for any return charges.
Shipping and
insurance charges are not refundable.
Replacement items will be exchanged
within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the
return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any
problems with your equipment.
