This is a handmade little girls birthday hat.  Made with non yellowing acid free products. The fabric is white with a velour feel.  It has Abby's face on the front and can be personalized with your childs name at no extra charge. There is an elastic string to keep the hat on your baby.  There is also purple marabou feather trim on the top and around the bottom. If you would like your hat personalized please leave the name in the "note to seller" section on the payment page.
