this is the original first edition. this was a personal gift from cauty to me back in the days, so this might possibly
be a pre-mass-production copy before the regular edition got printed. he sent it to me way before those were
officially announced.

i am living in germany the cheapest delivery service is DHL germany and unfortunately they are more expensive when compared to USPS.
i checked fedex, UPS and a lot of others. if you prefer other shipping services i am always open for that.

Shipping to the USA:
- regular shipping with DHL germany $12.99
- priority shipping with DHL germany $40
- express shipping insured with DHL germany $60

Shipping to germany:
- regular shipping $5.99

you can also choose express delivery for shipping in germany, then simply add $8.50

i will ship worldwide, so if you are living anywhere else in the world don't hesitate to ask for the shipping costs to your country.
