If for any reason an item arrives damaged an insurance claim can be put in and a refund given (per carriers ins. policy). If for some reason an item is lost by the post office they require a 21 day waiting period before they will track the item (longer for international) and this is out of our control. If not located a claim will be filed for the refund of the item. A refund will be given at that time. If it is lost by UPS, it will take 8 business days for them to do a trace. If at that time the item is not located a claim will be put in for a refund. A refund wil be issued at that time.
