We offer a 7 day return policy. Shoes must be returned unworn with original shoe box, wrapped, protected or with cardboard shipping box and packing list. Refund will be issued as cash back minus shipping fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All shoes returned to us due to unclaimed Postal notice or incorrect or insufficient address or unprotected will be refunded minus a 10.00 fee(return shipping fee) so please make sure that your address is updated with Paypal. We do not accept returns on International Shipments.
