 Please, note that Shipping Time on Detailed ratings IS NOT for how long it takes you to receive item after shipped. This is for how long it takes me to ship to you.   I ship within 1 Business Day after payment process is completed. With Media Mail and Parcel Post shipping, USPS transit time can take 12+ Days.  I cannot control the transit time so, Please do not penalize me with only 4 stars when I ship your item within 1 business day.

RETURNS:

Returns will be accepted only if the item is not as described.  You must notify me within 7 DAYS after receipt of item if there is a problem or concern.  Item must be returned in same original condition.  Not damaged or used. Money back for item, buyer to pay all shipping fees, unless error was on my part.

FEEDBACK:

It is apparent that eBay's change to their Feedback system has had a major impact on both the way buyers and sellers leave feedback, as well as the affect of the DSRs on how a seller is rated. EBay is sending mixed information to buyers and sellers regarding the star system. Buyers are told that a "4" star rating in a category is a good rating, while sellers are given lower than standard treatment if their star ratings (at least on shipping charges) fall below a 4.6.  Additionally, Sellers whose 30-day ratings have dropped below a 4.3 in any of the categories will be suspended from selling until their ratings increase to above 4.3.  For low-volume sellers, it would only take a small fraction of well-meant "4" ratings to suspend a seller that the buyers thought were good.

The items that I sell are described in detail, I keep you informed and up-to-date.  I pack carefully and ship quickly.  I do not abuse or make money on shipping. So Please note how safely the item is received and how well protected and packaged it is.   I am open and will communicate with you quickly to resolve ANY problems that may arise throughout our transaction.
