We are open for business Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (MST). We ship every business day that we are open. If your winning auction is paid in full for before 2:30pm (MST) during normal business hours then we will make every attempt to ship your item the same day.
Your winning auction item will be packed properly, securely, and in a smoke-free environment. We take every necessary step of the shipping procedure critically to ensure every item is over packed and makes the trip to your destination safe and sound. All large, heavy items need special packing and shipping via freight carrier. Please contact us to get a freight carrier quote if you think your item might need a freight carrier. For most other standard size and standard weight items that we are listing, you can calculate the shipping cost by entering your zip code in the calculator below. If your Country is not listed in the calculator below, please do not bid, we will not ship there.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (Shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
