We strive for 5-star service by honest descriptions, accepting returns if we make a mistake & stating our policies upfront, including shipping charges! SHIPPING CALCULATOR ERRORS
If the eBay shipping calculator miscalculates, we will refund any shipping overpayment over $1.00 through PayPal. If the calculator miscalculates & the true cost is over $1.00 more than it says, the buyer agrees to pay the true cost through PayPal.


HANDLING FEES
In 11 years we have never charged a handling fee; however, in order to comply with eBay’s new policy regarding insurance & remain competitive with eBay’s “superstores”, we must now charge a handling fee equal to the insurance on items requiring insurance.


SHIPPING
We pack with care & keep shipping costs down by using recycled & recyclable material when possible (please recycle or re-use – it’s really great for packing all but fragile or breakable items), ship fast with delivery confirmation & are happy to combine shipping, when possible, to save you money (we will refund a portion of shipping, if applicable). Please know that we do not make money on shipping as shipping costs include more than just postage & it adds up. If you have a special shipping request, please e-mail before you bid to see if we will be able to honor that request.

NEVER RESPOND to an email that asks you to validate your personal information, claims that you owe for something you did not buy, claims that they owe you for something you did not sell, or ASKS YOU TO “CLICK” ON ANYTHING IN THE E-MAIL – they are trying to hi-jack your account. 

If an e-mail is supposed to be through eBay's “my messages”, CHECK THERE BEFORE YOU REPLY & REPLY THROUGH "MY MESSAGES" - there is also a scam using VERY REAL-LOOKING BUT FAKE "MY MESSAGES" E-MAILS.
