Description:		New Microsuede Duvet Cover - very smooth texture. Zipper open for easy insertion / removal. The size is not quite standard for a full queen - it's 80 inches wide by 92 long but does work with a bit of tweaking. My own advice for putting blankets in duvets is to pin them on the wrong side before turning inside out - that way it doesn't shift. For laundering, I would also use the new home dry-cleaning kits available at the grocery store - it's cheaper than dry cleaning! Any more questions, please ask. Great warm camel - tan color - very attractive. Especially for fall & winter. I had this duvet cover custom made earlier this year and finally unpacked it now. Because we're up for another move, and it's never been used, I am putting it up for sale. I measured as best I could without unfolding completely but the figures should be right on. Will fit most quilts and blankets. NEW - never used. No reserve.

Shipping includes careful packing and free delivery confirmation. Depending on the value of the item, signature confirmation is substituted at my discretion. I insure all orders over $30 through Endicia (my postage source) and should a claim be necessary (I hope not!) just get in touch with me. All USPS shipping rates (except for ties) are calculated. A small ($1-$3, $5 intl) handling charge is included to cover the cost of materials, packing, gas and time. I do my best to provide good fair shipping and be upfront about my rates. Please bid only if you're ok with these terms. I'd much rather have happy customers who leave positive rating numbers across the board. Any questions, please contact me!

I also combine shipping (at 25% off each additional item) for auctions ending in the same 7 day period.

The tracking number (usps.com) will be emailed after shipment.

International ship rates for any item paid for with Paypal are high because Paypal requires tracking. The cheapest way to do this is USPS Express. which includes tracking and insurance up to $100. Any difference covers the cost of gas, time, materials, etc. Please feel free to contact me for other payment/shipping options.

Claim filing is the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over the item once it leaves my hands. I am sympathetic if you experience delays in shipment, but I cannot be responsible for how long the post office takes or non-insured losses. If you purchase (domestic) insurance, I will help you by providing shipping details, but the responsibility for filing the claim lies with you.

Measurements/Sizing

I am including Eileen Fisher Size/Measurement charts here for Petite, Regular and Plus Sizes. Please consult them to determine your own personal fit. I apologize in advance, but including each individual measurement is incredibly time-consuming. Any specific individual questions, you know where to find me!

Item Authenticity & Specifics

My designer items are all new - previously for sale in high-end department stores. Most come with the manufacturer's tags and the top half of the retail outlet tag. As markdown items, they may also have a small mark on the label. All are 100% authentic.

In addition, as markdown items, they can occasionally show signs of further handling. Examples of minor flaws that may not be noted are loose threads, loose labels, embroidery/beads (extra ones may also be included) and small snags. Slight surface dirt and wrinkling may also be present - dry cleaning will fix these.

With such major markdowns, these minor flaws are not viable reasons for requesting a refund. Any larger flaws will be documented and photographed. If you have a problem with this policy, I respectfully ask you not to bid.

N.B. If I don't mention the flaw, chances are no one else will either! Even the noted ones do not generally interfere with wear or use.

If buyer disputes authenticity for any reason, they MUST submit some written official proof from a reputable, independent expert whom I can contact personally for verification - a personal opinion will NOT be enough.

All my items are either from Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue or other unimpeachable sources. I have absolute faith that they are authentic and have never had reason to doubt it!

Late Payment Policy

If payment is not made within 5 days, I will follow Ebay guidelines and file NP alerts as necessary. Appropriate feedback will also be left. I cannot guarantee the continued availability of the item. If I get a payment after this time I will refund it minus my unrecoverable Ebay fees. I do my best to conduct business quickly, politely and appreciate the same.

Miscellaneous

Buyer responsible for abiding by terms of listing and asking all questions BEFORE the auction closes. All sales final as item is fully described. I reserve the right not to sell to certain buyers depending on their feedback rating, comments, history and/or Paypal status.
