PAYMENT

Buyer MUST complete the transaction within 3 days of receiving the notification by email at the end of the sale                      

(except by arrangement made prior to bidding)

I am prepared to negotiate a 'hold away' deal for people who have won or brought an item and are still bidding or going to buy another item that is ending within 7 days of the original won items completion.

PICK UP

Unless stated on the listing (for occasional larger items), pick up is generally not available, unless prior arrangement is made.

PACKAGING

Buyer pays all postage/packing charges (recycled materials will be used when possible) and optional insurance (if requested). Unless I have stated free postage and packaging.         

All care is taken to pack each item securely.

SHIPPING

Shipping is charged at the regular postage cost for each item plus a charge for packing and handling of each item.  Registered Post is recommended so that items are insured in transit against loss or damage.  Express Post is also available; please notify me at time of sale that you require Express Post

Within a few of hours of the end of your winning an auction or buying from PHAT BEAR PRODUCTIONS I will send you an invoice that includes my bank details and shipping cost.   If you have purchased multiple items, shipping will be automatically combined.  Please note: sometimes it is cheaper to have some items posted separately than it is to combine them.                   

Be sure to ask for shipping costs prior to buying or bidding if not stated or a different option is needed.
