This is a costume of hard plate ,The style is a Santa Claus .Size is only 1.8M tall. You could see style from the picture.It is very visual and cute,isn't it?
There are two kinds of carton costumes: soft plate and hard plate. The difference lies in how we make the head. If we fill the head with fluff, it feels soft so we call it soft plate. There are two sizes of it: big (1.8 m) and small (1.3 m). If we make the head out of Styrofoam, it will be a lot more complicated and take much more time, as our craftsmen must carve the Styrofoam little by little by hand. We name it hard plate as it feels a lot harder and better. It has only big size, no small size. These cartoon costumes are fit for a variety of occasions such as exhibition, carnie, promotion, kindergarten, celebration and wedding ceremony etc. Hard plate costumes’ head won’t be deformed when being pressed, squeezed or even hammered. Both hard and soft plate costumes are equipped with rubber-soled shoes that are anti-slip, water proof and can be worn bare foot directly. All costumes weigh less than 5 kgs. Wearers should be 1.6 – 1.8 m tall. If you have your own design, we would like to develop it for you at the cost of 1500 RMB/design, including the 1st sample’s cost, despite hard plate or soft plate. |
