I am not responsible for loss or damage in transit, but I will do everything I can to help you claim for this, as I always retain proof of postage as outlined below.

To safeguard my interests and yours, payment by PayPal only please.  Items over £20.00 GBP will be sent recorded delivery at extra cost of 0.75p.  Items over £20.00 GBP posted to destinations outside the UK will be sent by a tracked service (R M Airsure) at an additional £4.50 GBP.  I will only post to your address as on the PayPal invoice, not to PO Box numbers.  This will allow us to track down items over £20.00 GBP that are not delivered to you.  All purchases over £39.00 GBP sent to UK address will be subject to an additional cost from £4.50 GBP depending on weight for Special Delivery.  Items over £150.00 GBP sent to destinations outside the UK will be subject to  an additional cost of £7.70 for R M Airsure extra.  These additional shipping costs give you buyer protection under Royal Mail, PayPal and ebay rules for compensation by ensuring your items are correctly tracked.

I aim to protect your interests and mine as genuine buyer and seller and so I cannot vary these terms, although I will adjust the cost of postage for multiple wins sent in one package to the same address.  Do please leave feedback so I know you have received the item.  I will then leave my feedback for you as a buyer.

Overseas bidders do please be aware that you are importing items from the UK and that you may be liable for additional payments to discharge your obligation under your domestic Customs and Excise regulations, for which I am not responsible.
