HAS WOODS BELLY MOWER THAT WAS BOUGHT NEW IN 1992

I remember the day my dad bought this tractor new from the local International tractor dealer.( I drove it home. ) --- but not sure what year it was.  I can not find the invoice showing when he bought it.

The tractor is currently being used to cut the grass on about 10 acres.  We have maintained the tractor over the years.  Here is some of the things we have done:

1992 ---- Replaced belly mower with a Woods brand belly mower

1993 ---- Installed 4 new tires

1994 ---- Overhauled engine ---- $1811.66 ---- I have the bill.

1996 ---- Replaced clutch

2007 ---- Replaced crank gear/cam gear/idler gear/govener gear and housing/with all new seals and gaskets and some other misc. work ---- $697.46

I am selling this tractor because we need a tractor with a bucket and back hoe now.
