About Us 

Welcome to our eBay Store. We sell a variety of overstock and returned merchandise. Most of the products are imported from China. Be sure to check out our auctions. All of our auctions start at 99 cents. Our prices are meant to be affordable in any economy and every day is Black Friday. 

Furniture/Home Décor

• All of our furniture items are sold “as is”.  We do open the boxes, and do our best to accurately describe the condition of the item.  Due to the amount of items we receive it is impossible for us to set up every item. In other words, these items are not assembled before the sale. Most items come in generic white or brown boxes, not retail type boxes. Most boxes do show some wear from previous shipping and handling.

Warranty/Guarantee 

• We only issue refunds on items that are misrepresented on our part.
• There is no expressed warranty for any of our auctions. We do our best to represent the item and its condition

Payment 

• We are a Pennsylvania based business and by law we must charge Pennsylvania residents a 6% sales tax on the entire purchase.
• We accept PAYPAL, all PayPal payments must be confirmed.
• Unpaid item disputes will be filed on any item that is not paid for within two weeks from the end of the auction

Feedback 

• By bidding on this auction you are entering a legally binding contract.
• We take pride in our feedback ratings and your satisfaction; please contact us before leaving any negative feedback so we can resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.

Shipping 

• We only ship UPS and USPS priority mail.
• We do combine shipping, contact us if you are interested in understanding how we combine shipping.
• Refunds will not be given for combined shipping if you have paid your invoice(s) prior to us sending you an invoice with shipping combined.
• Generally all items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after we receive a cleared payment. PayPal Echecks may take three to four days to clear.
• Shipments go out Monday through Friday at 10 am Eastern Time, normally through UPS or USPS.   If payment is received on the weekend or a holiday your item will ship within the next two to three business days.   
• We do offer local pickup service. You must make arrangements for a pickup time that is mutually agreeable. Pickup times are scheduled during our normal business hours and we limit the number of pickups per day. We do not offer evening or weekend pickup times.
• UPS shipments include insurance up to $100.
• USPS shipments do not include insurance but insurance is offered as an option. If you do not purchase insurance for a USPS shipment and you have a problem with the item being lost or broken, we will not replace it.

Miscellaneous

• Our normal business ours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Questions asked within a few hours of the end of an auction generally will not be answered prior to the end of the auction.
• Communication is the key to successful auctions; we commit to stay in touch with you throughout the entire process. If you have any questions, please email us prior to the end of the auction. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding the auction, we normally respond to all emails within several hours.
