All Items must be paid within 5 days from the purchase date. You may combine all winning items in order to save shipping and handling Charges. Combined shipping period lasts 5 days maximum from first purchase. We only accept payment from paypal.
Items will be shipped no later than 48 hours from the date payment is received. Unless it is a public holiday or weekend, which will be ship out on the following business day. We charge flat rate $7.9 for the first item and $4 for each additional item only to United States. And $12 for the first item and $4 for each additional item is the shipping fee for other countries.
Note: We do not ship to Argentina, Azerbaijan Republic, Mexico, Brazil, India, Africa and Indonesia.
We provide a 7 day refund for the price of item sold. Postage and resizing fees are not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. All return must be in its original condition without any alteration to the product. We only accept return for items that are damaged or defect. NO refund, if we receive negative feedback, worn/broken items.
Please note about the photo enlargement. In order to show all details, we have made photo enlargement. Please read the description carefully about the details and dimension. All of our items has stated the size of stone. We will not accept returns claiming the size is not corresponding to photos.
Please note about the color variation. The color of photos may vary from different monitor. We also try our best to show the material in a colour that is as close as possible to the original, all our photos are made using light that is as close to natural as possible and avoid color variation. Therefore, we will not accept returns based on colour variation of your gem from the display on your particular monitor or particular photo.
