This auction is for a NICE QUALITY 1840's-1850's EARLY VICTORIAN RED CORAL BEAD NECKLACE, possibly Italian; this ROPE necklace is long- almost 1 meter when opened, can be worn as a 2 strand necklace or a 3 strand choker ( for a thin neck),  it is composed of large in size ( from  5.9 X 6.8 mm up to 6.6 X 7.5mm) multi-faceted  barrel-shaped natural coral beads, very well matched in color;  these multi- faceted beads are nice and rare deep red  color, there are natural imperfections, but I would define the condition as good; the necklace terminates in a large- 1 " X  7/8" hand crafted 18K yellow gold and silver closed-back clasp centered with a large - 9/16" X  7/16"  multi-faceted   natural red coral cabochon in  a very good condition  in a cluster of 14 antique rose cut diamonds, approx. 0.60-0.70ct TW;  the weight of the necklace is 60.4 gr .  

 EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND QUALITY ANTIQUE CORAL NECKLACE IN A VERY GOOD WEARABLE CONDITION.
