For sale is this  Warthog or Wild Boar or Pig. I remember seeing it around my home in the 50's, and it could have been around before that. I don't have any other info about the date, type of wood, maybe teak? or place of origin. I believe it is handcarved because on the under side you can see the roughness of the wood and there are spots that are rough hewn and uneven.  The wood feels smooth & has a nice wood grain.  On the front view the nose has 2 triangles for breathing, nostrals, and they are uneven. Usually this occurs in hand carved pieces. This pig/ boar stands on its own and measures 4" wide,  3" tall including ears,  and 1 1/4" deep.

The ears and tail point up in a vertical position. Please ask any questions.
