This is Castle Spulzeer (TSR 9544), a 64-page Forgotten Realms module (levels 8-12) for the 2nd Edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game. It can be used as a crossover story with the Ravenloft adventure The Forgotten Terror.

The cover has light corner/edge wear; there are a number of peeled patches on the back. The staples are a little rusty, but the pages are near mint.

 

I go through each item page by page to check the condition; I want to be as clear about the condition as I can. That's not to say I necessarily catch every detail, but I'm pretty confident that if there are tears, or writing, or missing pages, or other substantial flaws, I will know it and account for it in the description.
